Everyone has their own idea in making their own version of meatballs with pork and beef, for my version i am using italian sausage as i don't have ground beef available in my fridge. But luckily I did have some italian sausage  and decided to experiment with some sausage meatballs and not only were they so easy, but they were juicy, flavorful, and super delicious, too! I tossed them with marinara sauce.

There’s nothing more comforting than a steaming bowl of meatballs in marinara sauce served over spaghetti noodles. This homemade version is like the restaurant style meatballs serve particularly larger in size and so unbelievably tender that every bite of the meatballs practically melted in your mouth.

What you'll need to make Juicy Italian Meatballs?

  • Italian Sausage - you’ll either want to get loose ground sausage or remove the sausage from casings. You may use sweet sausage, mild Italian sausage, or spicy sausage.
  • Breadcrumbs - Many recipes call for day-old bread or plain bread crumbs, but I found that using seasoned breadcrumbs adds wonderful flavors to the mix all without the extra effort.
  • Milk - whole milk adds more flavor and rich moisture.
  • Parmesan Cheese - Adds cheesy flavor to the meat mixture.
  • Egg - Adds extra moisture to the meatballs, and acts as a core component to bind the mixture together.
  • Onion & Garlic - It adds flavor and aromatic smell to the mixture.
  • Parsley - Fresh really works the best in meatball but if you don't have fresh one, you can substitute with dried one.
  • Oregano - Create great flavor in meatballs.
  • Salt & Pepper - To season the overall mixture.

How to shape and roll meatballs easily?

1.Using an ice cream scooper, scoop to make perfectly round meatballs of the same size

2. After scooping, smooth them out into round meatballs by gently rolling in your hands. You can lightly wet your hands with water to help keep the meatballs from sticking while you're rolling.

3. The meatballs should come out perfectly in equal sized.
