Ingredients You’ll Need
Cauliflower – Always use fresh cauliflower for this recipe, never frozen in order to make sure they come out crispy. And try to buy a whole head of cauliflower instead of the precut and prepackaged florets. The fresher, the better.
All Purpose Flour – It helps in forming the batter which gives the cauliflower its crispy coating.
Salt & Pepper – You can use any kind of salt you prefer. It gives taste to the dish.
Garlic Powder & Paprika – Adds flavor to the batter.
Eggs – Serve as binder, meaning that they help batter stick to food and coat if for deep frying. They also serve to leaven the batter, which making it more light and crispy.
Water – It makes wet batter to create a more liquid consistency.
