Preheat the the oven to 350 F. Grease a 9×9 baking pan and line with parchment paper.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Mix to combine and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl. Add sugar and egg, whisk until light and fluffy. Add soften butter, vanilla and condensed milk, whisk again until smooth.
Add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mix again until just combined, making sure not to over mix. Add the grated cheese and fold this into the mixture.The batter will be thick – it’s okay.
